Please note that tracking times and updates are beyond our control once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. 4. Free Shipping:

We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. This offer is applicable to standard shipping services only and excludes any special shipping requirements or expedited delivery options.

 

5. International Shipping:

We happily ship internationally to various countries. The cost of shipping for international orders will be calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the available shipping options and their corresponding costs.

 

6. Duties and Taxes:

Please be aware that for international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover these charges and cannot predict or control them. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with your country's customs regulations and potential fees before placing an order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Perse, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality products and ensuring their complete satisfaction. We want all of our customers to be 100% happy and content with their purchases. With that in mind, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy:

 

1. General Returns and Refunds:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your non-customizable or pre-order purchase, you may return it within 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return and store credit, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

*Pre-loved items are final sale.* We take an extraordinarily amount of time to authenticate and process only the best quality items. We strongly suggest that you analyze every picture as to be assured that what you are purchasing is what you receive. If there happens to be a mistake on our end we will gladly make it right. Please just make sure to contact us within 24hrs. Pre-loved items are shipped with 24-48 hrs. through UPS or FedEx Next Day with signature required. All Pre-loved orders over $500 will receive free shipping.

 

2. Customizable Pieces:

   Customizable pieces, which are specially tailored to your preferences and specifications, are non-returnable. We put great effort into creating unique, personalized items that meet your exact requirements. Therefore, we encourage you to provide accurate details and thoroughly review the design before placing your order. Our team is always available to address any concerns or questions you may have during the customization process.

 

3. Quality Assurance:

   We meticulously inspect all products before they are shipped to ensure the highest quality standards are met. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or store credit for you.

 

4. Working with Our Customers:

If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution that meets your needs.

 

5. Refund Process:

   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or store credit. Once approved, it will be processed within 2 days, and an email will be sent to you with your available store credit and a unique code. If a replacement has been approved, you will also receive an email detailing the item and new shipping information.
