At Perse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges or returns for site credit within 7 days of the purchase date. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, for all custom pieces, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team at Support@perse.store. We will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a credit to your Perse account. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We also cannot accept returns on final sale items.
